DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK MY PLACE ONTO THE SESSIONS?

Yes. Please ensure you have registered for the event and created your own username and password. You will find the link to register on the home page.

I CAN’T SEE THE VIDEO STREAM, WHAT SHALL I DO?

• Please ensure you are using Google Chrome browser
• Close your web browser window and open it again
• Refresh the web page using (Ctrl + f5)
• Try logging onto the website using your phone and 4G rather than using WiFi
